REFUND OF AIRLINE TICKET

I purchased an airline ticket in October for a trip to Cape Town on 1-Time airline. Before I was due to fly 1-Time became insolvent and the ticket was voided. I understood that if a ticket had been purchased by credit card it would be refunded as soon as the flight date had elapsed. This did not happen (the ticket was purchased with my FNB card) and I am led to understand that it has been handed-over to the liquidator and may not be refunded. I am a widowed pensioner and this matter is of great concern to me.
