Poor service

The bus that I travelled with from Durban to Johannesburg on saturday 31/08/13 was not road worthy that we turned back 2 hrs into the journey to durban station without an explanation. 2hrs into the journey the 2nd bus had a breakdown again no one said anything to us and we waited for another bus to come and collect us .we waited from 18h30 to 00h15 for the bus .the toilet facilities on both busses were unhygienic to use. this busses are totally not user friendly
