This is the 3rd time within two months that the kulula on-line booking system indicated that there was a problem with payment yet money has already been deducted from my ABSA account but the transaction remained pending. But here is the problem, when i tried to sort out the last failed transaction i could not even get through to the call centre [0861 585852] to query on the issue. What is wrong this system? It is very inconvenient!
