Could not download ticket - Missed show

3 tickets (All golden circle Metallica) were bought. 2 on credit card A, and 1 on credit card B. When we tried to print the tickets by logging on to Computicket online, the 1 ticket from credit card B was not there, and we were unable to print it. Another complication: Credit card B does not exist anymore, tickets were bought in 2011.

I called Computicket support on the day of the show, but they told me that there is no third ticket (simple as that, didn't even bother to look into it further). I them got hold of credit card B's number, called again, gave them the number. Customer support then told me that they can see the ticket has been bought (even print at home style) but they do not know why it doesn't show up. (Again, of no help at all) Person said they can't send me the pdf, nothing and that I have to go to Pretoria with bank statements.

Long story short I missed the show (How often do you get to see Metallica) because your website did not show my ticket. But hey, what can we expect from you guys? The least you can do is give me a refund.
