I have booked flight with Mango Air line to leave on the 8th November 2013 at 09:30am Flight JE702 I have booked the flight I got SMS that money was debited from my card but I never received any E-mail to confirm my booking. I called Mango to find out why there is no confirmation the lady said yes there is booking but I am leaving on the 7th November and coming back 12 November which is the return is right but going not right. then she said she will transfer the call to customer care Mrs Mashiya answered the call and She start talking about charges COME ON MANGO its your own system error not mine to charge me money.
However I have sent her mail but she never got back to me and she is rude. I always said I will never fly your air lines because of the bad security on board and your bad service but today I thought let me try you after a while. BUT NOW never again BA and SAA and monkey air lines still better than yours. your staff can't even follow the right security system on board they don't even check the passengers on board if they using the belts or not I am one of them many time never used the belt just to see but they never check me.
