A few weeks ago I flew with Mango, no issues booking online and no complaints.

I booked online with Kulula, the online form said it couldn't complete, yet the transaction shows on my Credit Card statement. No confirmation emails, nothing.

I phone Kulula, explain my situation, give my details, few seconds later, the consultant puts down the phone? I phone Kulula again, ask someone to help me, they tell me I need to contact my bank to get an authorisation code. I do so, bank says no, Kulula needs to phone their bank and get the authorisation code from my bank.

I phone Kulula back, explain this to them, she said she will look on her side, puts the phone down, again!? @!

Phone back a third time, I ask to speak to a Manager, she tells me to hold, PUTS THE PHONE DOWN AGAIN!!

After phoning another two times, I finally get through to someone that can help. Its now been 20 minutes on this call, and we are apparently resolving the issue. How can it be so hard to process my booking, I have never had such shocking service when purchasing anything online, it should be a quick and easy process. Why can Mango get it right?
