She mocked and embarrassed me

Dear sir/madam
I'm cutting this story very short.
There are 2 gates as you leave. One red, one blue. I did not know that I was supposed to use the same ticket for both gates. I went back to ask for another ticket that I was willing to pay for. However, when I got back the ticket lady was not there. She is a tall, thin, coloured, matured person. I proceeded to look for her and found her at the information desk.
When I explained about the two gates she shouted at me, that there is only one gate. At this point, the other two white ladies joined in: "There is only one gate". I said: " If there is only one gate, why am I still locked in? " They proceeded to laugh and mock me in front of other clients. In the end, she said I will have to pay for a new ticket. I said calmly: " Yes, that's what I wanted in the first place".
I'm running out of space now, but I left and came back. The second time she called the cops on me.
