Metro rail's the worst public transport

The most pressing is that this morning when I came to buy a ticket @ maitland station there was a of a queue and only ONE window in operation!!! I missed my train, making me now late!!! Pathetic service!!! And then on Friday I was going through the gates, rushing to get on time and there was this coloured guy who was keeping on bumping into me from behind while I was rushing up the stairs, I asked the one woman if she now wanted to see my ticket to which she said yes! She allowed this skollie to pass without no ticket but I had to show mine!! How does this work now??? If you not dark of colour and well dressed then they assume you trying to hitch a free ride?? While I was getting my ticket I heard the light complextion lady on the other side's entrance shouting and saw this skollie run! She told me he had his hand in my pocket!!! Now this makes me wonder if this african lady who didn't bother with his ticket wasn't maybe worjing together with him??? I must though commend on the wh lady who shouted and the other lady!! They are star workers with eagle eyes!!! Please employ other people in ticket offices if the people are too lazy to work!!! Tanya 0761767937
