MISPLACED ITEM DISAPPEARS WITHIN MINUTES

I am an agent for a very reputable travel agency. My camera was left behind accidentally on flight number MN 615 from Johannesburg to Durban earlier today. Nothing has been handed in as yet as per the info received by your Baggage staff in Durban (who were quite helpful) and Johannesburg. The camera is of little significance however the information on the memory card is what is needed urgently. I'm pretty certain your staff would know where it is considering I was one of the last people to get off and reported the incident within 15 minutes of getting off your aircraft when i realized it was missing. I therefore find it difficult to understand that no one knows anything - surely you clean the interior of your air crafts between flights? Also if your staff indulged less in personal conversations whilst your passengers left the aircraft perhaps their full attention could have been had and this whole incident completely avoided in the first place. Kulula will definitely not be recommended to any of my clients until this issue has been rectified.
