I was due to fly from Durban to Jhb on kulula on 1 July 2013. However, i became ill and had a very severe ear infection. My doctor advised me against flying as it could cause complications. I submitted my medical certificate to kulula, but they have declined my request for a refund. I was told it takes 60 days to process a refund, so I waited, only for nothing to happen. I have spent countless minutes waiting for a supervisor to take my call in the call centre. A guy called Eben promised to revert to me last week, 11th September. When I call he is always busy, and never returns my call. Can some competent person from kulula please contact me to resolve this issue?
