5 Months ago my flight was cancelled due to a mishap on Kulula's part, i then had to purchase another ticket at the airport which cost me R1500 extra. I have been struggling with Kulula to get closure on the matter for 5 months now and even after being promissed by Eben from Kulula that the amount will be refunded i have still not seen a cent even through he said in my last report it had been refunded! I now send emails to him daily to find out what the story is but these seem to fall on deaf ears! So i have now decided to keep putting this message up until someone higher ranked than Eben can get hold of me and have the matter finalised so i can stop wasting time with this incompetence. Needles to say i will never be flying with Kulula again if this is the way they treat there customers!
