I tried to cancel my Kulula booking and was told that there would be no refund. When I raised the point that this contravenes the CPA, the call centre manager, Eben, told me that this is not the case because the transaction does not fall under direct marketing.

Kulula's attitude post-sale is shocking. There is no reason, empathy or anything resembling good client service in their dealings.
