Great service and help

We are planning a trip to Phuket. But we don't have a clue about bookings and where to stay and all the info that was needed. I went in to Flight Centre Highveld Mall in Witbank and Nicole helped me. Gave me all the info that I needed. Suggested all the options and gave me so much help. She quoted on the whole packaged and even when we had a slight increase in the flight fairs she informed us immediately. When we made the payment she contact us again and discuss the whole process. (She even gave me tips on what kind of shoes and clothes to take along after I asked her... which i do appreciated!!) She gets my golden star for going the extra mile!!! Thank so much now we can focus on the holiday!!!
