OR THAMBO - WORST AIRPORT in the WORLD

When stopping at OR Thambo to see a Friend off to London - i took my 5 year old to the bathroom - leaving my 2 other kids standing by the Car - this was less than 2 minutes - during which time they towed my car Away. WHILE my kids where at the Car.
8 o clock at Night Walking from one side of the Airport - to FINALLY get the Parking office - they explained that they HAVE NOTHING TO DO with the car being towed - me and 3 kids have to WALK ALL THE WAY to the other side of the airport - just to be send back to the First office to Pay a R650 fine.
Trying to Reach a MANAGER at that airport is Impossible - there is NO MANAGEMENT working there.
3 HOURS waiting for someone to assist in the Matter - i spoke to a Manager - and he explained that he cant do anything i must speak to another Manager - who in his words "Over the phone" - Explained that it is not his problem i dont have money - i must Phone someone to Bring me money to Release my Car.
in the 3 Hour window - the Amount of Complaints on a Similar Issue is Astounding - which makes me ask the Question " Also Raised by another Complainer" This is a INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT - is this the first Impression we give of our country to foreigners
