Corrupt clamping -OR Thambo international Airport

I went to the drop off zone B and left my car unattended, i admit i was wrong, no problem i got a note to inform me to report to the lower level, when i arived at the lower floor to pay my admittion of guild fee that is maxuim R950 i was told to pay R700 and that no slip would be given to me, if i requisted a slip my car will be towed away first. This is a im returning for cape town on the 13th of july 2013 and i ecpect a slip on my arival or my money back from your corupt employees. I also need details on how you bill a car as it happened to a friend of mine that informed me he received a slip and only paid R350.
