Bad service / Dissapointment

On the date 10/2/2013 we stopped at the airport to deliver passengers, we are not based here, we have only been here in gauteng for 6 months, we stopped in the off loading site but where not aware of the status, when we got back my vehicle was gone, I was shocked i thought my vehicle was, there we were standing in a strange place at night with my wife and kid, then we were notify that my vehicle was towed, it was my fault in a way but i was not aware of the parking area, so I was taken to the parking area were my vehicle was towed, the gentlemen advised me that I must pay an amount of R650, I requested if i can pay it of or at pay day as i did not have the funds, arrogant enough he did not allow that, I made a plan to get the funds and paid the full amount in resulting of the matter we got our vehicle back, after he drove with us like a mad man in the company vehicle with my wife and kid in the back, on our way back we got stuck next to the road with out petrol and without any more funds late at night, luckily a gentlemen stopped next to the road to assist us, I would like to say how deeply disappointed I am in the Airport service, I will definitely not recommend Or Thambo
