CAR DAMAGED BY SU PARKING SERVICES

SU Parking Service is a company who collects one's vehicle at the airport when departing, and has it ready again for when one arrives back from a trip.

When I received my car, I immediately saw the damage on the passenger side, which I reported to the attending service agent. 3 x dents in the car, with scrapes of paint missing. I wanted to speak to the manager/owner of the company, but was told that he will phone me as he is in a meeting all day. I never received this phone call and proceeded to email my complaint to them, including the quotation for the dent repair. Nobody has even responded or so much as sent an apology.

I would not recommend anyone to use this service, as they clearly do not care about the state one's vehicle is returned. They seem to take absolutely no responsibility for one's vehicle while in their possession. Customer service is appalling. Please use another parking service at the airport, preferably one who has a reputation for handling customer's vehicles with care and returning them in the same condition as what they were left in.
