Yesterday I had the unfortunate experience of using the Gautrain, which I will neveruse again. It was my fist time using the self service machine. There was no employees on the floor to assist. My change was not issued and no receipt. I had to do a re-print of the receipt which did not show the actual amount paid. There is no signage that indicates where you go should you have a problem. i spoke to the security who could not assist. I then got off at sandton where I was not assited beacuse the lady behind the counter was too busy to call the manager. there was a white gentlemen who was at the bus station who said he would send a mail to OR thambo to ask them to sort it out by the time I get back in the evening. I then returned to OR thambo after around 4pm and lo and behold there were employees assisting, so I approached them and met a very rude, abrupt and unhelpfull Errol/Edward he was not very clear. I explained the entire story to him but he was questioning why I did not go the cashier??? How was I supposed to know this? he did not take my details or try to assist. Instead he said he will wait for the email to come from the bus station??? I asked him what he would
