Very rude and unprofessional

To whom I may concern

Please send your receptionist for proper training on how to handle the incoming call or better yet please hire people who are competent to do the job.

You called me this morning and the lady who contacted me left voicemail, I did a sensible thing to by return her call, only to be transferred by the receptionist without asking whom I want to talk to or why am I calling and only for the call to ring back at reception within seconds after being told am going through.
Your receptionists are very eager to let the calls go to the next available agent, wait when you finally get through, oh only the lady who called you is the only one who can assist, please ask her to call me back, or then I get the wrong lady with the same name calling me, she still can't assist.
Well I wasted my whole hour that I will never get back dealing with such incompetent and unprofessional people representing the so called ICTS Tracing.
