Rude receptionist

I have phoned this morning to get a quote on a service for my diahatsu sirion, the very rude receptionist, said she will put met through to the relevant department just to put the phone down in my ear, great customer service, no wonder they have such a bad name.

An as usual nobody is available to speak to.

They should work on the customer service especially the rude receptionist, she does not know anything about customer relations
