Unprofessional Company

I'd just like to make people aware of the service received from Sekgala group in Midrand Vorna Valley. I had been looking for a company in the business park that they are situated in and had confused the units and stumbled upon this company. As soon as I had entered into the reception the woman sitting behind the desk asks me why I did not knock on the door. Keep in mind that this is the main entrance to a company with a receptionist at the door. I then told the woman that you don't knock at the main entrance of any company. There is a receptionist to assist you and every receptionist knows this. She then replies to me saying "no this is my home". Very unprofessionally run company! I know that it might be a new company but at least train the staff at the reception! The first impression of a company DOES COUNT! Service to people starts from entry into the company offices!
