Illegally charged without notification

I joined FNB in 2012 because of all the added benefits. In particularly the Slow Lounge. I used the service a few times and have never been charged. In May 2013 I used the service and wasn't charged.

On the 8th & 13th of August I used the service and was charged a total of R500. I was NOT informed I would be charged and had no idea why I was changed. When i inquired with FNB regarding the illegal deduction, I was informed they changed their value added offer to a criteria based offer. They would investigate and come back to me.

Today, the 27th they came back to me and stated that I was charged because my account had R1, 400 less spend than their new criteria and they did inform me of the changes early in the year. When I requested the method of how they informed me of these new changes they said by email and gave me an incorrect email address.

Not only did they clearly NOT inform me, they don't have the correct e-mail address. If you don't calculate your monthly spend before you go into the slow lounge, FNB will NOT inform you that there will be a cost. They will just deduct R500 from your account for having a cup of coffee! Not a bank I want to bank with.
