My booking was cancelled

This is less of a complaint than it is a an appeal for help. I was made the victim of when a colleague at work gave me a contact for a 'travel agent' who I used to book a flight through to receive a discount. I logged into the booking to find out that it had been cancelled. I called the call centre this morning and they confirmed that yes, the booking was cancelled and it's likely that I was the victim of. I have all the details and bank details of the people I dealt with, I would like to supply them to Kulula. I am quite surprised how this could happen - especially since the airline takes quite a relaxed policy when it comes to allowing any credit card to be used to book a flight and the flyer is not asked to show proof that it was their card. I have been almost been denied on other flights for having a new credit card when checking in - Kulula should really think about instituting a policy like this.
