Great service

I'd just like to say thanks to Travelstart AND SAA. My LAN airlines flight from Lima to Sao Paulo was cancelled by the airline and moved to another time earlier in the day. This meant that I would now have a 12 hour wait at the airport till my SAA flight home to JHB. I called Travelstart to ask if they could do anything to help and Wendy offered to call SAA and see if they could put me on an earlier flight, which they did at no cost - despite this not being their fault. So now I can catch my connecting flight almost instantly. Thanks for great service and going the extra mile to make this happen
