I have been a member for more or less 3 years! Have mailed on numerous occassions my updated info as i bought over from another member. For three years now nothing has been updated and everytime I complain they request I send the info through yet once again. I'm tired and so frustrated with the service and how they pass the buck "I have not done what was required". I waste my breathe everytime I speak to some one. I have space banked my week every year and every year have had to prove that I have done so, really wish they would do their job the first time. Once again this year I have space banked and still to no avail, no points have been received, daylight I tell you. I am a loyal customer and pay upfront yearly. I am fed up with bad customer service and have had enough. I feel that you waste your breath and just get transferred from one end to the other within their company. Yet over and over nothing gets done not even feedback, just get told to resend the info. Why should I, just to find out for the 'once again' respond nothing has been done? If you do not want to issue your clients with the points they deserve and have paid for the service than close your doors!!!
