Artist or sales people?

In 2010 we signed up for an offer on holiday points-special deal for the evening pay for 40 and get 60 free!! Our agent said we have to sign another copy of the document because previously they lost info as their archives burnt down. She then took those documents, signed us up for more points. We only found out 1 year later when the deductions started coming off. This caused great grief as I was pregnant and the funds were to be for Doctors and hospital fees.

I have spoken to their HQ on several occasions and every year they deduct and I have to go through the same procedure to get my refund. This last year I eventually spoke to a lady that got the ball rolling but at the end they now say okay we will cancel the 60 points, you don't need to pay for it!

When I was sold/conned these points all my paperwork said 100points, invoices said 100points now you want to take my 100points away say sorry only 40 and last year you used all the points so you owe us 20 points-there is no holiday for you this year 2013 and next year 2014 you will only have 20 points!!!

Please cancel!!! - That R10 000 that I have thus far paid-its yours! Keep it!!
