A lot of undisclosed info from THC

Went for the preso at THC Umhlanga on 19/1/13 at2pm, Wayne told us the preso will be abt 45min, he also told us that we are not obligated to take it & if we are not happy with the presentation we can leave at any time but yet he pressured us to purchase 20points for over 2hrs & I constantly refused because I could not afford it & even thou we declined he still asked us why, then only he offered us 10points which I still refused, so in a meeting that was supposed to b 45min took over 3, 5hrs as they did not want us to leave until we signed. Left after 17:30. I was told by Wayne & his manager that I can pay end of the year for the membership & reservation fee & still be able to use the THC, Rita from acc says not possible, She also said that I have 10points & 10 bonus points for 1year, again I was given by THC 10 bonus points per year for 3 years, she said not possible. Xoliswa from member services said there is another exchange fee or something for abt R2500 when booking international, not explained about this? I was not explained that there will be membership fee & reservation fee until I asked? Want to cancel my purchase with full refund, there is a lot of undisclosed info from THC
