Money out of my briefcase at SAA bus lounge

1000 USD was out of my briefcase at the SAA lounge on may 19th - I had left my briefcase in the storage area and the lady supervisor the money out of my briefcase as she was the only one who had access to this case. When I left my bag behind she noticed I had a Belgian Passport (although I am a SA permanent resident) and thought I was leaving the country and hence she helped herself to USD 1000. I only noticed that the money had disappeared when I arrived in Maun in Botswana. Upon my return I reported this to police at OR Tambo who opened a case - have not heard from them ever since. I then contacted SAA and reported this matter - they so-called polygraphed the lady in question and found to be nothing wrong and have not refunded me - I have been flying with SAA for well over 20 years as a business class passenger and nothing was done!!
