SLOW LOUNGE RIDICULOUS CHARGES

I am an FNB private client and have accessed the Slow Lounge before without been charged. Upon entering the lounge at King Shaka Airport with my 3 kids on 5 April 2013, I was not informed that certain terms and conditions apply with regards to using the lounge. I have now been charged R 1000 for using the toilet as the food on offer was poor and we left to buy food at KFC instead. If I had known that I was going be charged R1000, I would have never entered into the lounge in the first place. I feel that this is a complete rip off and would like someone to contact me with regards to this matter.
I have a lodged a complaint with FNB however have received no response. I would like to escalate this matter to someone who can assist me with regards to getting these charges reversed.
Over and above this how can any respectable business charge R250 for a child to use the lounge? If you are going to charge then the consumer is going to expect a certain level of service and this was not on offer. Disappointed for the first time on the level of service.
