WRONG GOODS, NO STOCK AND LATE DELIVERY

I have ordered many things through Groupon but plan to close my account. I have now repeatedly been told that the product that i have ordered and paid for is out of stock and i get refunded. I am waiting for products to be delivered since December and lately completely different stuff has been sent to me to replace the things that i have ordered.

Do you guys think we are stupid? How can you simply deliver something completely else to my door (i ordered a duffel bag with wheels and you delver a briefcase!!) How can you sell things that you don't have? That is mis-representation in the eyes of the new consumer protection act. If you only have 100 items on consignment, you only sell 100 items - not 500? simple maths i recon! I have to sit and wait for two to three months for stuff that never arrives. I am losing interest on money that i could have invested. What happens to that? i dont simply want my money back - if you sit on my money for three months and cant deliver, you owe me my money plus interest!

I was promised three times by consultants that my products would be delivered the next week - it never happens and i never hear from them again.
