Slow Lounge
Slow Lounge - just another common waiting area

The service quality of the Slow Lounge continues to deteriorate.
- unappetizing food
- unfriendly staff
- over crowded

My impression of a airport lounge is that it is an exclusive area which allows members only to relax and make their travel experience more comfortable. It appears that any Tom, or Harry now has access to the lounge and as a result it is over crowded - at times there hasn't even been place to sit.

I feel more relaxed and comfortable waiting for my flight at the boarding gate!

... I have complained directly to the Slow Lounge with no response. They must be too busy signing up another 1000 members!
