CRIMINAL ACTION ON ACCOUNT OF MRS A MILLER,
ACCOUNT NR:...
On 11 June 2013, I noticed that some money was gone from my account. I was advised to report the case with the police, which I did. I then returned to collect a new ABSA card. The person who assisted me was a lady with the name "Immaculate", (apparently a new appointment).

Yesterday, I went to the ABSA-branch to get an update on the case. To my disgust I found that my affidavit and all relevant documents was still in the cupboard and have not been touched since I reported the case a month ago? The lady in question, namely "Immaculate" told me that she could not find the time to take the matter further?

I just cannot express my disappointment with the service I received in strong enough terms! There was no attempt to investigate the possibility of an "inside job". I find myself in debt with bills to be paid with no assistance whatsoever from ABSA?

is, I do understand that but how can my bank just "shelve" the case without even attempting to assist me in explaining what happened to my money?

I require and urgent investigation and some feedback on
