Online booking FALSE ADVERTISING

I have been looking for flights from Pietermaritzburg to Ndola, Zambia for myself and my son of 4, and the website [URL Removed] gave me a few options (the screenshots of which i have available as proof). I sent the four alternative trip dates etc to my husband in Zambia to confirm, and set up meetings etc, which they did, aswell as arrange to stay at a friend in Johannesburg as the flight option the website gave me had an overnight delay in Jhb. once all was arranged, i proceeded to book this flight, and it once I pressed BOOK all of a sudden this fare option is not available. The advertised fees amounted to R12 312, so when I called SAA to query, they said the best price around the dates that I had now chosen was R18 000!!! yet still, the website is showing a whole arrangement of cheaper options, BUT you cannot BOOK them. My question is WHY ARE THEY FALSE ADVERTISING these options if they are not available to book them? I've now had to cancel this trip and all the meetings I had set up because of a 50% INCREASE in the advertised flight -I AM DISGUSTED & TERRIBLY DISAPPOINTED!!! Try explaining this to a 4 year old who now cannot go and see his daddy! UNACCEPTABLE!
