After booking a cruise at the agreed price (calls were recorded) it was conveniently increased by a few thousand rand- that was just the beginning of a long road ahead with continuous poor service from Imagine cruising. Within a few days they were calling demanding payment and even though I sent them a cancellation email within 24hours of booking they were not willing to refund the deposit and they even insisted that I pay them further amounts even if I cancel. After a week, several emails and calls I agreed to pay the original price since they would not accept the cancellation and I would end up losing my money! Furthermore they wanted to charge me another R 8 800 to change my flights because they said the airline would not accept me flying under my maiden surname (on the e-ticket) - my new passport was in my married surname. it would mean I would travel alone whilst my husband and baby would be on the same flights. When I contacted the airline myself they were completely comfortable with me travelling with two surnames- And I did! arrived home last week after four flights and no hassles from the airline/airports. Imagine Cruising was looking to make a quick buck and they lie!!!
