I informed Multiply of issues on their travel website on January, and I received no response. The travel desk is completely unresponsive! I've tried many times this year to book through the website but always get the message that there are no flights available on my dates. I have been wanting to book on Kulula (offered through 'low cost domestic airline').

I tried to book a JHB - CPT flight a few days ago and had the same issue. I called the call centre and after a bit of arguing was told that I can only use Mango for this route (and most others) as reflected by their terms and conditions. I produced a copy of this from their website which in fact reflects the opposite! I was also told that I am incorrect that the website is never working and that I must produce the dates on which this occurred so that they could check if these were in fact days on which the website was not working. Now how on earth am I supposed to have recorded this? I was also told that they do not themselves keep a log of these days, which is obvious rubbish!

I've again been unable to await a response and just booked a flight at full price. I am losing out big time being unable to make use of what I pay for!!
