Intercape makes you wait but want to be fully paid

For the fourth consecutive time, my father was forced to rely on the services of Intercape Bus service and without fail they have made him wait for at least 2 hours after the the bus was scheduled to pick up passengers at the stop over in Springbok (on route to Cape Town). The bus is scheduled to depart from Springbok shortly after midnight but the passengers then wait until 02:30 sometimes for the bus to arrive. I think anyone would agree that it is not fun to wait for a bus outside at that hour in winter and wait for it... WITHOUT ANY FORM OF APOLOGY from the so called 'SAFE, DEPENDABLE, AFFORDABLE' Intercape!! I personally think it's PATHETIC!

Needless to say, we will not make use of their services again, I just feel sorry for the people who have no other option but to wait outside at 2 am for this pathetic service to be rendered to them!
