Greyhound, worst experience of my life!!! BAD!!!

On Thurs 8th August the bus was due to leave Midrand for Pietermaritzburg at 20:35pm. The bus was very delayed and passengers were not given any info about what the problem was, it later surfaced that there had been a HUGE problem with over booking and this was causing choas. The staff members of Greyhound were rude and did not offer any help or even an explanation. A bus arrived at 11pm but the passengers had to change over to another bus at the JHB station, where my luggage was almost due to lack of attention being paid by the person moving the luggage. On Sunday 11th August the bus back to Midrand was on time at 11pm but it broke down first near mooi river and again at tugela plaza. The second time it broke down the passengers were stranded until the next morning around 6:30am as there was NO bus to send until then!! The staff members were rude to start with and things only went very down hill from there!! We were on a bus for 15 hours!!! there was no sympathy or apologetic attitude from the staff at any point. Most disgusting and unacceptable attitudes to ever come across!!! BAD BAD BAD!!! Read up on Consumer proteciton Act!!!
