Worst Experience Ever!

We were going down to the coast for a 30th birthday party and were booked for flight MN 625 to Durban. When we arrived at the check in lines we still had 5 minutes left before the gates closed. A lady by the name Carmen told us we were in the wrong queue (Although none of the queues were marked) and said we must go to the queue next to the one we were standing in she had a very bad attitude and was not friendly at all. When we finally got to the front to check in the lady told us we missed our flight by 5 MIN and she cannot check us in! I am sure someone could have helped us to board our flight even if we were 5 MIN late! We also explained to them that it was for a special occasion and we were there on time! We cannot help if the people in front of us took for ever to check in! To worsen our situation we asked to speak to a manager only for Carmen to carry on in her unruly behaviour and say that she cannot help us!

We had to fly down the next day, this resulted in extra ticket costs and we lost a day's worth of accommodation not to mention the disappointed we experienced!

This is the worst experience I have ever experienced with Kulula! I am deeply disappointed and hurt!
