What's Wrong with Flight Centre???

We are making a simple flight booking with Flight Centre and the service is just so bad. First we worked with Hout Bay, and Paolo never got back to us. Then we worked with Kristin du Plessis from Blue Route who was helpful but then she left the company. Rizia recently took over from Kristin and she was nice on the phone (she even made a provisional booking) but she went on leave for a week and her colleagues Nik was actually quite rude and very unhelpful on the phone to my fianc? who was trying to secure a provisional flight booking before the expiry, and he said he knew nothing about it and said to call when Rizia returned. I called to be more firm with him, and it seems the whole office left at 3.30 on Wednesday because no one answered the phone for the next hour. IT's ridiculous!

So now our flights have been cancelled, we are just trying to get help and ask questions and the service is just so bad.

Please help me understand why Flight Centre is delivering such bad service.
