Why must we be delayd

Good day
On the 7 of august a had a friend on sa roadlink giong from east london to durban i drove from richards bay to pick her up the bus was 2 houers late. Now why because 1 lady on road dis obaid rules and got spechail treatment and bus waited next to road for over an houer> And secondly the wipers never worked and brakes were faulty now what must i do i want answers why this was not execptable
