Bus from Durban broke down

My mother is on the bus from Durban to Butterworth. The bus was found unroadworthy and passengers had to be taken off around 8am and they were told that a taxis would pick them up at 10am and drop them in Umtata. I have called the Roadlink office in DBN numerous times and they are not answering the other 0861 number is not working all the other branches say they know nothing about the incident. They were only picked up by the taxis after 1pm. Now the drivers refuses to take them to Umtata as promised because Roadlink only gave them money to drop passengers off in Kokstad. They have to wait for a bus from Idutywa to pick them up in Kokstad. The service Roadlink is providing is disgusting and no paying customer should deal with such. Imagine an old diabetic lady having to sit all day and what about those travelling with babies? Roadlink has never been accountable for anything and no one even has the decency to explain to the passengers what is going on. They must just sit and wait till returns! I hope that this service will be shut down for good as the service is pathetic.
