I made a mistake on my online booking and was in urgent need of assistance. It was an unusual problem and the call centre did not have the means to help me with my request. I sent an email to the customer care department. After I heard nothing back, I left a message on the Kulula FB page. They responded immediately informing me that they checked and did not receive my email. I re-sent it and got an immediate notification of receipt. An hour later a lady name Nishani phoned me and within 5min the problem had been rectified. Thank you very much!!
