I received an email from Kulula earlier on this week advertising discounted fares over the period June/July 2013 and immediately went online and tried to book one - despite checking virtually each day for such a fare over this period there were none even remotely close to this price. I also checked Kulula via my ebucks website and spoke to a consultant but nothing. In desperation, i contacted Kulula offices via their Call Centre and they had no idea about the promotion prices and also checked the system over this period for me. Re- looking at the promotionary email from Kulula, i saw in the smallprint that the fares could only be accessed/seen/booked via online - this was a as i had been trying to do so all morning from about 7.30am but to no avail. I am really annoyed with Kulula and believe that this was indeed false advertising which has left a really bad vibe with me. After all, who is "Jo Public" supposed to enquire with if their own offices cannot even assist or offer alternative contact details.
