Internet bookings - calendar is wrong

We went ot JHB for a concert and did a booking for 4 people. we chose 1st Feb departure and 3rd Feb return.
When booking was confirmed we only found on the day of feparture that the return was for the 3rd March instead. We had tp pay an additional R819 each. On return our flight times were changed and we were not notified. Kulula wanted to charge an additonal R373 to get onto the next flight home as we missed the our original flight. They then checked their recordings and did not charge the addiotnal fee of R373 without any explanation as to why they are doing that and who was at fault. In the plane i sat next to a passenger who experienced the same problem and it cost him R610 more. He said he will never fly with Kulula again and that over 20 other customers hadexperienced the same problem. I also found out that this happened to other passengers and that Kulula billed each and every customer even though it was not their fault but a fault with the online booking calendarsystem. There is no ways that more 25 passengers made the same mistake. On trying to query this with Kulula we were told if nobody else complains they will not be able to do a refund. This is ridiculous!!!
