Booking not ticketed

Hi
I changed my ticket on line went through the hole process, paid the amount i owed for the change and at the end i get a Booking not ticketed message. But the money has left my account. At the top of the page it states call us for assistance but how am i suppose to do that if i cant get hold of Kulula at all??? Please i need to know that is going on.
