I was told that they will look into the case and that I need to be patient. I hope Hellopeter will keep these correspondence, I honestly will not endure another backfall or surprise if I suddenly need to catch up with the account. This case started in March 2013 tomorrow will be the first of August. If someone out there will just tell me, this case is closed. You can continue with life. I will be happy.
