Putco raised its prices in July, yet we have not received better service worth our money. The busses always break down and are not serviced well by people who are profesional. When you call Putco or visit them, the personnel have no customer service skills whatsoever.

Putco does not put its customers first. they only care about making money and not about providing a proper service. That is why there was a story of a Putco bus crashing into a house due to brake failure. That is a clear indidcation of the state their busses are in. They have new busses that they do not dispatch, and those in use constantly break down, from overheating to detaching of new air pressure pipes. When the drivers call the depot to report the incident, they take hours to respond. Why? because they do not care about the customer stuck in that bus being late for work or after-hours committments.

Putco is a disgrace. I hope the Ekurhuleni can provide us with their busses, or the Rea Vaya. Maybe then Putco will realise that customer services is important because they would actually work to retain sutomers.
