If there is any truth to the words, " TURN THAT FROWN UPSIDE DOWN " then I can safely say that Arny Nortje of Flexi Club knows how to do just that.

I wrote a complaint about Flexi Club last week Tuesday, 02 April 2013, about being dissatisfied about Flexi Club. I went on holiday & was dismayed at maintanence work being done at the resort. I called Flexi Clubs client services department & was not happy with the way my complaint was handled so I posted a complaint on Hello Peter.
The following day, Wednesday, 03 April 2013, Mr Arny Nortje called me for full detaIls on the complaint & a promise that he'll get back to me with a response during that day.
Lo & Behold, within the hour, Mr Nortje called back informing me that Flexi Club was happy to accomodate my request & satisfy their client.

If only Flexi Club had more Mr Arny Nortjes in their Client Services department, this issue could have been avoided.
Mr Nortje sets the bar for customer satisfaction.
