Why is nobody answering the phones???

I have been trying to get intouch with vfs since friday the 26th of july on 0839133636 the only number available for them. I have been calling 5 or 6 times a day being placed on hold for around 5 minutes then the line gets disconected. This has resulted in a huge telephone bill for me. I have paid the R300 vfs fees and R140 courier fees as per their website. I sent emails aswell as proof of payment. We are flying to Australia on the 3rd of september and need a visa for my son. I need info as to when the courier will be here. We used vfs before and didnt have any problems. Its just rediculous that nobody answers or responds to emails.
