Kulula have just robbed me of R350!!!

To whom it may Concern

My name is Clinton de Beer and I have just dropped my son Tristan Connor de Beer off at Lanseria Airport and am absolutely furious about the events that have just taken place.

I arrived at Lanseria as Tristan checked in for his flight and was told that there would be a charge for the guitar and when I asked why Tristan was not charged for the Guitar when he left Cape Town Mr Frikkie Senekal replied "You got Lucky, but now you have to pay" I asked how much it was going to cost and he handed me a small piece of paper that never had an amount listed and told me to take it to the ticket office and they will tell me what the cost is. I went over to the ticket office and the young lady said that it was going to cost me R350.00. I paid and was not given a receipt and was not asked to enter a pin!

I demand that the R 350.00 is refunded because I was forced to pay it and feel cheated! If my son was advised that KULULA's policies are inconsistent and essentially made up as they go along then he would not have brought his guitar with to Joburg and I would not have had to fork out R350.
